Both in Natural an
d Social Science, we encourage our pupils to undertake some experiments or projects in groups. At the end of each unit, there is an experience they can do. They form groups of three, four or five children and each group chooses a project of each subject (Natural and Social), in order to learn about one specific matter and organize all the information collected following the Scientific method. When they are ready, usually at the end of the unit, the members of the group present their experience to their classmates. This fact stimulates pupils to study a topic, to make hypotheses about some events and to predict the results of an experiment. At the same time, children are able to integrate information compiled through direct or indirect observation, to consult basic sources and to communicate the results.We are going to upload these experiences to our blog “El Polizón”.

My experiment has been the unit 3 of social science and I liked it a lot, I spent a lot of time with my friend to do the job. Although we have had some lacks but it doesn't matter because we have had a great time.
